You create your own item list. You can enter more than 20 options for each item. These options can be selected by your customer, and can cause the price to increase. Your customers can even specify a quantity for the option. You can have shipping charges based upon the entire order, or for each item. You can even combine both shipping rates. You select the fields to collect from customers inquiring about your products, and you can even add 5 additional fields specific to your business. You can provide customers with an easy way to request an appointment. You may have customers select a "Free Onsite Estimate" or "Request Office Catering". Your Order Center and Inquiry Center pages change immediately based upon the information you enter. You can have daily specials and promotions, and change your prices immediately! Your Orders and Inquiries can be forwarded to your email and your fax machine instantly. Just sign up for a eFax account to enable faxing. You don't have to be online to have your Orders faxed to you. Your Intro page is also created for you based upon your selections. Your customers can then choose to Inquire about a product or Service, or view your catalog. If you would like a custom page we can set it up for you at no charge, or we can upload any web page you have created. We don't charge to host these pages for our members. You promote your site in your normal business communications. We'll help you register with Search Engines as well. We can even place a banner on our main page welcoming you and your customers on board! Your customer then enters their order information, and if you have decided to accept credit card payments online they will be transferred to the provider you selected. If you have chosen to use the Fax Forwarding service the Order or Inquiry information is faxed immediately. You can have your fax delivered to your office, your home, your restaurant, or even a fulfillment center! You login in our Member Center and view your Inquiries and Orders. You can update the status of an order if you like, which will be available to your customer if they check back later. You can download your Order and Inquiry data, to import into your accounting software. If you use Act! 2000* or Microsoft Outlook** you can just click the CopyTo! button and the information will be automatically transferred for you. Notes, To-do items, appointments and Contact records are all created for you automatically. You can download your data at any time. We can work with you to provide your data in a specific format for mailings, fulfillment houses or import into your company database. You can check your orders or inquiries whenever you like. You can update your Item list and account information whenever you like. If you need help, we will be happy to help! the whole process for you.
You can login in our Member Center and setup your item list and order options. You can include photos and graphics in your item list simply by selecting the file and clicking the upload button - all right from your browser! We can set everything up for you - just provide us with your menu or item listing. Later on you will probably want to take advantage of the flexibility of changing options yourself, but we are happy to help you get started! You will be assigned 3 links - your Order Center, Inquiry Center and your Intro page. You can link to those pages from any other site or pages you have. We can host your web pages on our site for you - we don't charge for hosting one custom page. We can create a Custom Page for you by including information about your business, recent photos of your work, and any graphics that you have. We can scan just about any logo or photo. We have a fixed rate pricing plan for website development, and you don't pay for edits and updates as long as you are a MaxEngine.com E-Business Engine member. If you would like to register your own .COM address we will help you, or you can use your directory name to promote your site. You directory name will be www.maxengine.com/yourcompany. We can provide an email address which can forward to any email address you already have. For example, yourname@maxengine.com would be the address you give out, but you would receive your email in your current mailbox. Now you are ready to provide your customers with the ability to conveniently contact you from the internet. They can request information about products and services, request appointments and place orders - even after your business has closed for the day! It's that easy, and you still have time to run your business! |

| Internet Explorer is unable to start Microsoft
Outlook. Verify your installation. If Microsoft Outlook runs properly on your machine, you may need to change your Internet Explorer security settings. Click Tools|Internet Options and then Security. Click the Internet zone and then click the Custom Level button. Select Prompt for the Initialize and script ActiveX Controls setting. Click OK. You will be prompted just before Microsoft Outlook initializes. Please be aware that you will get the same prompt if you come across ActiveX Controls on other web sites. |

| Request a site from our support page, or send an email to systems@maxengine.com. Be sure to include
your CID and username for the fastest service. You site name will be: www.maxengine.com/<yourcompanyname> You will receive a confirmation email message when everything is ready! We automatically include a redirection to your Order & Inquiry center, but we will happily store 2-3 files there. Just email systems@maxengine.com for details. We can also develop a site for you and store it there. We do not however, provide for domain name pointers to this site.
